Rose - Business Manager

Hi, I'm Rose and I do basic accounting, patient communications, and supervise the overall operation of the practice. Patients are the prime focus within the practice. My goal is to interact with them on a personal but professional level, to focus on their goals for their dental needs, and educate them on the new technology of dentistry. Dr. Kondas not only changes their smiles, but enhances their quality of life.

My husband's name is Chris and we've been married for 25 years. We have a daughter named Sydney and a dog named Sadie. I enjoy cardio workouts, Zumba, reading, interior design, and spending time with my family.

Amie - Office Manager

Hi, I'm Amie and I greet patients and have the pleasure to schedule all patients for Dr. Kondas. I get to know the patients as they arrive and leave with healthy smiles. I have great relationships with my coworkers and with Dr. Kondas. He is a genuinely nice person.

My husband's name is Jeff and we have a son named Tyler and a dog named Crystal. I love to snowboard and go rollerblading.

Debbie - Business Administrator

My name is Debbie and I started in the dental field in 1989 as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. I later joined Dr. Kondas’ team in 1997 as a Business Administrator. It is my responsibility to guide patients through the financial aspect of treatment diagnosed and offering the patient options in getting their treatment completed. I look forward to talking with our patients and building a trusting relationship. We want our patients to enjoy every aspect of their visit. I find it very rewarding on how a smile can change someone’s life.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, horseback riding, traveling, camping and boating. My boyfriend is a pilot which makes traveling very convenient! I also participate in fundraisers that involve trail riding with my horses. I have one son, two horses and a dog.

Ashlee - Hygiene Coordinator

Hi, my name is Ashlee and I am the Hygiene Coordinator for Kondas Dental Group. My job is to ensure that our patients are receiving the best possible care and education while getting their teeth cleaned, which makes my job pretty simple since our hygienists are so awesome! The whole staff at Dr. Kondas‘s office are an amazing group of people to work with because everyone’s number one goal is the comfort of our patients.

My husband Rick and I have two dogs named Bubba and Chloe. I enjoy hiking, bike-riding, bird-watching and anything that gets me outdoors! I also have a pink scooter which I enjoy riding while the weather allows me too. I am an active volunteer for Five River Metroparks, as well as a member of the Nature Conservancy and The Humane Society.

Brittany - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Brittany and as an EFDA, I make sure that our patients have all their questions answered and know everything that is going on in their treatment. I have been working with Dr. Kondas since 2006. I love being able to help Dr. Kondas give patients a beautiful and healthy smile. I enjoy working, meeting and interacting with different people. Dr. Kondas is a perfectionist who takes his time. We emphasize quality, not quantity!

When I am not working I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I enjoy shopping, tanning and working out. I have one very spoiled pup. Family is the most important thing to me.

Cheryl - Certified Dental Assistant

I’ve been working in the dentistry field for 19 years. My goal is to be on Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). I enjoy helping people with their needs. I’ve been in this office since February 2010 and I am always looking forward to work with Dr. Kondas and my co-workers.

I am from San Antonio, Texas and have lived in Dayton, Ohio for 2 years. I enjoy spending time with my husband Jim, daughters Brooke and Paige and my dog Bailey a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The activities I enjoy the most are scrapbooking, baking, playing piano and running.

Amanda - Registered Dental Hygienist

Hello, my name is Amanda and as a Hygienist I strive to ensure that every patient has all the information necessary to have a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.  I work hard at listening to and addressing my patients' concerns in hopes of making each appointment enjoyable.  Every patient has different expectations, different goals - my job is to assist with meeting each of them. I love working with people as it allows me the opportunity to build lasting relationships every day. 

My husband Nathan and I have two children (dogs), Olivia and Charlie, who keep our lives full of entertainment. I enjoy spending time with our families, working out, traveling, and shopping never gets old.

Melissa - Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Melissa and as a dental hygienist, I clean teeth and evaluate the gums for any signs of disease. I educate all of my patients about gum disease and how they can improve and maintain their oral health. I love having the opportunity to meet new people every day and to build relationships with my patients and their families. Dr Kondas takes the time to show every patient how important they are. I am always learning something new from him.

My husband’s name is Anthony and we have a very playful cat named Chloe. I love spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephews. One of my favorite things to do is watch football with my husband- go Colts!

Renee - Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Renee and I graduated from Sinclair Community College as a registered dental hygienist in 1997. I have been with Dr. Kondas since 2003 and in the dental field for 24 years. As a Hygienist I provide biannual cleaning of the teeth, diagnostic x-rays, diagnosing and treating gum disease, fluoride treatments and more, making sure our patients receive thorough education of dental health. I enjoy building relationships with people and sharing life stories as well as providing them care to achieve optimal oral health.

I have lived in the Dayton area all my life. I have four cats who provide me with unconditional love. I enjoy needlework, knitting, sewing, reading, shopping, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

Shelby - Sterilization Coordinator

I joined Kondas Dental Group in March 2011 as the Sterile Coordinator. I help my co-workers by sterilizing the rooms and instruments, seating patients, setting up the procedure rooms and much more. I decided to join the dental field because it is exciting to see how a smile can say many things about a person. My favorite thing about dentistry is being able to change someone’s life by improving their smile. I like getting to know patients. I am a very relatable to a lot of people. I’m really excited to learn more about the field and make a career out of it. I have picked the perfect place to learn, Dr. Kondas and the rest of the staff is so helpful and just wonderful people to work with. All of them are so knowledgeable about their work!

I’m originally from Savannah, Georgia. I moved to Ohio five years ago and live in Huber Heights. I currently live with my mom and two sisters. I also have an amazing puppy named Bella. I like to spend time with my family, be outside and swim. I look forward to see where this field takes me in my professional life.
